As you are aware, the Russians and the Ukrainians have come to a tense situation. I have heard reports that the Russians only had a strong force in the area due to war games. They were never there to initiate an invasion. I have come to see that some reports that the group that are responsible for the mayhem are the Chechnyans. From other reporting, the Chechnyans attacked from underground. There is a military buildup. President Putin has tried to bring peace and stability by designating land to two groups. The Chechyanas want a bigger land mass to live on. There was a brief interlude with President Putin offering the Checanyans Crimea. They did not accept this solution. President Putin has decided to move the Chechnyans to Krasnodor. This particular situation was never about War. It was about maintaining peace within their own borders.
