For those unfamiliar with the term, a definition is in order.
Renable \Ren"a*ble\ (r?n"?-b'l), a. [OF. resnable.]Why this word? Well, I was looking for an obscure word since my name was already used by someone else on blogger. So I came upon Luciferous Logolepsy, a fascinating site with obscure English words. I instantly went to the Rs section primarily due to the fact that my name starts with R. I scrolled down the list and became enamored with the word redivivus, but another blogger had already used the word. I scrolled down some more and I saw renable. I consider myself a reasonable person and thought it was a good fit. I didn't know the definition of loquacious, therefore I looked it up.
Reasonable; also, loquacious. [Obs.] "Most renable of
tongue." --Piers Plowman. -- Ren"a*bly, adv. [Obs.]
--Chaucer.
Loquacious \Lo*qua"cious\, a. [L. loquax, -acis, talkative, fr.Pondering the definition, I couldn't believe how apt the word was for a blog. And thus this blog is christened renable.
loqui to speak; cf. Gr. ? to rattle, shriek, shout.]
1. Given to continual talking; talkative; garrulous.
Loquacious, brawling, ever in the wrong. --Dryden.
2. Speaking; expressive. [R.] --J. Philips.
3. Apt to blab and disclose secrets.
